Noe Knows Beauty is the cosmetic expression of Institut Noé's philosophy: heritage-rooted craft, scientific precision, and architectural grace. Its purpose is to restore integrity and nuance to complexion mastery — especially for deeper melanin spectrums — while elevating beauty to the level of cultural artefact.
The foundation of every product is the Pigment Atlas: a proprietary undertone mapping system that charts melanin depth, oxidation behaviour, and colour harmony across skin spectrums. It is the reason our foundation will match on day thirty the way it matched on day one. It is the reason our lip colour will complement your undertone, not compete with it.

Heritage
Noe Knows Beauty originated as Chizo Beauty — a 20-SKU cosmetics line (12 liquid velvet lip formulations + 8 lip accessories) across four colour stories: Reds, Pinks, Nudes, Purples. Produced in partnership with a Toronto private-label manufacturer, circa 2020–2021. That work forms the heritage foundation of this vertical.
Ask Noe — The Companion
Beauty is not yet part of Ask Noe — and we will not pretend otherwise.
What the app offers in the meantime is the discipline beneath it: Ask Noe is the accessible companion to Noe Knows — direct advice, practical wardrobe tools, and a Library of essays, protocols, and glossaries that teach you to read materials the way we do. The Pigment Atlas applies to complexion the same scrutiny the app applies to fabric: substance over story, fact over feeling. Learn one, and you are ready for the other.
And then there is Noe herself: the platform's style advisor — direct, knowledgeable, and incapable of hedging.
